Touch Time Keeping -The zKeeper time keeping system is designed for organizations of all types and sizes. By using a real time architecture you have immediate acces to vital information. Clocking in and out is as simple as a touch, no keying in special codes or numbers. zKeeper not only keeps track of your employees time and attendance but it will also help you maximize efficiency of your operation. zKeeper can log all the time spent on a specific Job and even keep track of the time spent on that Job by task. zKeeper can allow you to keep track of how long any machine in your plant has run. zKeeper is scalable which allows you to grow your system as you realize the benefits of easy touch time keeping. zKeeper includes Employee, Department Head, Supervisor, and Administrator password protected program access to allow people access only to those records that they are allowed to see/modify. Easy In-Touch Solutions introduces the
revolutionary new zKeeper touch time keeping system. Never before has it been
Durable The zKeeper touch time keeping system uses the virtually indestructible iButton key for personal and Job identification. Only the size of a nickel the iButton key identifies its user with a simple touch. The
iButton can be dropped, stepped on, put next to a magnet or even run through
the washing machine and it will still work. This makes it a perfect fit for
dirty or extreme environments. Carried on your key chain the iButton personal identifier is always handy and hard to forget at home. The iButton has no batteries (it gets its power from the touch port on the clock) so it will work for years. The iButton has a guaranteed unique serial number that assures you that this iButton will never be replicated in your database. The touch time clocks are available in a stylish sloped front enclosure for office environments and a waterproof plastic enclosure for more extreme environments. Scalable The zKeeper system uses a client server architecture that can be spread across your entire network. Employees are allowed to log into the system using their iButton at any touch time clock or they can log in manually at any work station. This allows you to place clocks all around your facility so there are no more time wasting trips to a central time clock and many users can be tracking people, equipment and Jobs simultaneously throughout the day in their work area. There is no software set limits to the number of clocks, employees or Jobs that can be logged into the system. Supervisors can be working on scheduling while managers are looking at Job progress. Bookkeeping can be processing employee time cards while the sales department analyzes Job time cards to help with the next bids. Maintenance can be looking at machine service intervals while management fine tunes staffing requirements. Comprehensive The real power of the zKeeper system is not just in its ability to track time but in its ability to give you more useful information about the time punches. In addition to the normal employee time keeping functions zKeeper gives you the ability to track what the employee is doing (tasks) and for whom (Jobs). zKeeper can make a time card for an employee or for a Job. This allows you to see if your bidding is correct and how efficient each employee is at different tasks around your facility. This level of operational information used to be extremely expensive and difficult to collect and maintain but with the zKeeper system this has been made easy. Track employees throughout your facility. By using the Staff Registry function you can always tell if an employee is IN or OUT as well as the last clock they were logged at. (No more paging employees who are not even there) You can even send a short message to an employee through the clock to be delivered the next time he /she makes a clock punch. Track schedules in advance. The zKeeper advance scheduling system uses a graphical representation to show you who is scheduled to work by day, week, month, and year. A simple glance can show you how your facility is staffed, who has vacation time already reserved and who is scheduled but not available (training, trade shows, outside sales etc.). Each employee can see his/her schedule/time card at a manual log in station. Track Jobs through your system. By assigning iButtons to Jobs you can track a Jobs progress through your facility. A single click in the software will show you what station the Job is currently at, what tasks have been performed, who has worked on it and how many hours have been spent so far. When completed you can even indicate how the job was shipped and store tracking numbers on the shipment. Track Assets of your facility. By assigning iButtons to your vehicles you can keep track of who has checked them out and when. By assigning iButtons to machines you can collect super accurate run time information. Service intervals can be tracked and logged on any device in your plant. Track Access to sensitive areas. Every touch time clock has a relay capable of activating an electric door strike. If you want to track access to a sensitive area simply install an electric strike and all access will be logged by the system. If you need more sophisticated access control other access control systems are available here. There is no need to issue another iButton key to each employee because the same iButton used for time keeping can be programmed into other iButton based security systems NEW! We have received numerous requests from building contractors, roofers, electricians, road crews and other businesses with a mobile work force, for a way to create their time cards and track remote job progress in real time. We have accomplished this by creating a dial in interface directly on the server. It is now possible for you to have immediate, up to date information about all your jobs and crews on remote sites. Any registered employee may use his/her cellphone to activate the time clock and punch IN or OUT from any job site. They can indicate Job and Task with a simple keypunch. This eliminates the need to collect hand written time cards from remote employees only to have to manually enter that information into a computer later. With the zKeeper dial in system you know exactly where all of your employees are, what they are doing and how many total hours you currently have into all of your remote jobs. - Log into your zKeeper time keeping system from remote job sites using your cell phone. - Log into your zKeeper time keeping system from satellite offices over the internet. - Check employee attendance, job progress, and time keeping data on a secure link from remote locations.
